The Hotel de la Matelote is a lovely hotel built within two converted town houses. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated with attention to detail and to a very high standard. All bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped with either bath or shower room en suite. The hotel is situated facing the sea, almost opposite Boulogne’s famous sea-life centre Nausicaa. There is a breakfast room and the excellent, gastronomic ‘Le Matelote’ restaurant is next door. Please request a reservation in the restaurant when you book as this Michelin star eatery is very popular.
